Dispatch guarantee

We aim to dispatch all goods with 48 hours from the date your order is placed.

Special or bespoke orders may take slightly longer. If, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to dispatch goods within this timeframe we will contact you directly.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. International deliveries and deliveries to non-mainland UK and Highlands of Scotland may vary and are estimated from dispatch.

  • Delivery to Europe £20

Returns policy

All unwanted goods must be returned within 14 days with the original packaging and in an unused condition. A full refund will be issued less the original shipping charge.

All goods supplied by Live On The Edge are covered by a 1 year warranty. Any product that develops a fault within this time should be returned to Live On The Edge clearly indicating all known faults. Please include proof of purchase if available. Live On The Edge will aim to replace all goods like for like.

Cancellations

Cancelling after Dispatch

If you wish to cancel your order after dispatch, you’ll need to wait until you receive your order and then follow our returns procedure.

Quality Guarantee

As we have stated elsewhere, all our products are quality checked prior to dispatch.

There may be the odd occasion where we miss something and there may be a slight issue with your product. In these cases, please feel free to send us an email and we will address the issue immediately.
